Important: To be considered for 2017-18 funding, this form must be submitted between the dates of July 1, 2017 – February 28, 2018. If request is approved, a copy of the final invoice must be submitted to the Pioneer Booster Club before any funds will be disbursed. All copies of final invoices should be turned in by May 1, 2018. Pioneer Booster Club will make every effort to respond to funding requests within 30 days of receipt from the AD’s office.
